Due to the nature of our products being hygiene-based and reusable, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at officialwaxiewraps@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

We’ll review your case and work to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
💸 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your issue is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
❌ Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty.
📦 Lost Packages
If your parcel is lost in transit and cannot be recovered, please reach out to us at officialwaxiewraps@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
